These
herbal foods remove toxins. If you get fresh leaves grind as a
chutney. Otherwise make a decoction by boiling one teaspoon in one
tea-cup of water.
Seven chutneys eaten everyday during lunch time to detoxify liver. eat one
small quantity (if you have fresh leaves make chutney, otherwise add half
a teaspoon of the herb powder to honey or ghee and eat it before lunch.

Once a day take Amaranth.
You can soak half a tea cup of amaranth seeds and grind next day with
same water. You could add slightly brown sugar and make like a halwa
(porridge). Or
you can eat in form of idli. Or you can add peeper or chilli and salt and
make as a hot recipe and eat once a day. This is very good to prevent
