Pancha Bhoota healing for Uterine Fibroids-3

     These herbal foods  remove toxins. If you get fresh leaves grind as a chutney. Otherwise  make a decoction by boiling one teaspoon in one tea-cup of water.

Seven chutneys eaten everyday during lunch time to detoxify liver. eat one small quantity (if you have fresh leaves make chutney, otherwise add half a teaspoon of the herb powder to honey or ghee and eat it before lunch.

1. Eclipta Alba (Bringraj)
2. Phyllanthus niruri
3. Corriander leaves

Seven juices a day. Fresh juice from fruit, no canned or bottled juice. Add fresh fruit to blender, add little water and dates (no white sugar) or

Fiber

Once a day take Amaranth.
You can soak half a tea cup of amaranth seeds and grind next day with same water. You could add slightly brown sugar and make like a halwa (porridge). Or you can eat in form of idli.
