Piles
According to Ayurveda,
constipation leads to many diseases, by stagnating toxins.
Constipation
for a long time is the cause for piles. It can easily be treated by Pancha bhoota. Since Constipation is caused by
many factors we suggest to follow these general recommendations for one
month and if you still have problems write to us and we will be able to
suggest individualized therapy for you.
Water Therapy :
We generally recommend doing
Water Therapy
to lubricate the colon and
wet the stools so that it can pass out easily. Instead of drinking room
temperature water you can drink luke warm water (with general flavors
like ginger, cumin seeds, mint leaves, cardamom, coriander seeds,
sarsparilla root powder, hibiscus flowers etc) in constipating
conditions for better results.
Earth Therapy:
A great food medicine for piles:
Eat
fermented rice
and or
fermented barley for more effective results.
Take two table spoon of sesame oil. one handful of fresh
Eclipta Alba leaves and grind to a paste and fry
it lightly in oil. Then add one duck egg and pour over it and cook
it just enough (not undercooked or overcooked). Eat this first in empty
stomach in the morning. Doing this once or few times will completely
remove piles.
Touch me not medicine: Prepare a
decoction by boiling the roots, stem and
leaves (excluding flowers) of the common “Touch-me-not”
(Mimosa pudika) thorny climber plant in water. Drink this decoction once a day for 3 consecutive days. Any kind of piles is
reported to be cured by this treatment.
Sesame sweets: Bleeding due to piles can be cured by
mixing 10 gms. of powdered
black Sesame with 5 gms. of
jaggery and eating it daily followed by drinking a
little goat’s milk for a few days.
External: Grind together a few leaves of drumstick and Calotropis
and apply the paste inside the anus or rectum. Pain due to piles can
be cured by this treatment.
Fiber in food: Poor bowel movements could also occur due
to less
fiber
in diet. We recommend using fiber rich whole grains like
brown rice (remember to soak in water and cook), whole rye flakes (33%
fiber compared to 20% fiber in oats), whole wheat flakes (28%), barley
flakes (26%).
Include more vegetables and fruits in your
diet. Avoid any kind of meat foods.
One Juice a day for seven days a week:
Drink these fresh juices, one a day and repeat the seven every week. It
is
easy. Just cut and put in blender with little water and dates if needed
,
blend and drink.

No bottled or canned. it should be made fresh and not filter it. Clear
juices are free from fiber and so drink all juices with the pulp.

Flax Gun-powder
Take one handful of brown flax seeds and quarter teaspoon of milk-thistle
seeds and if needed add one table spoon of corn bran or wheat bran or
rice bran and brown-sugar or jaggery (palm sugar better) or succant for
sweet taste. Grind them all in a coffee grinder for less than a minute.
This is very delicious to eat. You can eat as a tasty healthy snack any
time of the day. After half an hour drinking water will dramatically
relieve constipation.
Very important is to cleanse the liver and
intestines with
Castor oil and Gallnut (cleansing)
alternatively every two months.
How to shrink the anal skin tag

There are medications that can shrink it. Along with it doing this powerful

exercise for both men and women will
shrink the anal skin tag. Do this for for several weeks to get good benefit.
Fire Therapy:
Less walking
causes poor stool (bowel) movements and that also contributes to constipation.
Avoid being sedantary (more hours of sitting before computers or
resting). Walk twice in the morning and evening.
Yoga is very good especially
Surya Namaskar
given in fire section. It
helps in good lymphatic circulation.
Air
therapy: Taking a long breath and relaxes every now and then
reduces stress in the body. Doing
Pranayama 5 minutes morning and evening is also good.
Space Therapy: Similarly
relaxation of the mind reduces stress.
