You would have read in bits and pieces about our personal experiences of enjoying good physical and mental health through natural means. A big shock came in 2002 when Priya got severe intestinal colic  and underwent appendicitis operation. We had  sarcastic remarks from some of  our friends, relatives and family members when priya fell sick.

        We knew that being health conscious does not guarantee 100% free from disease. A good driver  who is cautious and follows all the rules of driving is not 100% free from accidents, but the chances are less.

      In priya's case we understood only late that appendicitis was a mis-diagnosis. For green card she took a TB skin test. Her body violently reacted to the test and ended up with swollen hands and suffered for 10 days. Shortly after this she had intestinal spasm and was diagnosed with inflammation which as wrongly operated  as appendicitis. Until she had the same problem
