Seed Children project
Sakthi Foundation extends its charity work to other charity
works around the world. Madurai-Seed is a very successful after
school-education program which support children to continue
education and prevent drop-out from school. Around 300
economically challenged children are taken care by Madurai Seed
organization.
Many of these children
without seed's support have high chances to drop out of school
due
to
economic pressure.
The main need is a
shelter for them to study. Currently they are having their
classroom in a open space on terrace-roof-tops. Children find it
difficult especially during rains and windy days. We request you to donate to build a
classroom to help them study in peace undisturbed by weather
conditions.
The
volunteers are students who were taken care by this Seed
organization since 1999. The students repay their gratitude to
Seed by tutoring these junior students. The organization also
need funds to get some professional teachers to improve the
standard of their education.
These children of uneducated
parents, instead of wasting their evening time at home
come and study studiously hoping for a better future. We suggest
you to donate to this real needy children for their education.
