Water
Therapy:
Do
Water Therapy
every day with the flavors mentioned in web site. This will correct the
hormones by cleansing liver. Drink 1.5
liters of water first in the morning, using mild amount of flavors like
Sarsparilla root
powder (very good to boost progesterone), Shatavari
(very important ayurvedic herb),
hibiscus flowers , etc for better results.
Earth Therapy:
Fiber-rich foods absorb detoxified hormone products that are excreted
through the bile. If there is not fiber, the detoxified product is
reabsorbed into the system. We recommend
using
fiber
rich whole grains like brown rice (remember to
soak in water and cook), whole rye flakes (33% fiber compared to 20% fiber
in oats), whole wheat flakes (28%), barley flakes (26%). Millets like

Food
remedies that are powerful :
1. Eat
cooked purple brinjals (Eggplants) with buttermilk everyday for a month or
two to increase the secretion of progesterone.
2.Dry
fry hinge (Asafoetida) 2 gms (1 teaspoonful) and mix with milk,
and honey and drink for 41 days to excite the secretion of
progesterone hormone.
3. Cook a handful of
Amaranth
and eat everyday. Any type of menstrual bleeding will stop with this
powerful medicine. One lady patient who was bleeding for almost 60 days
every day took one time this medicine and reported about that miraculously
her bleeding stopped within two hours. In Maharastra this is given to
women after delivery to tone the uterus.
4. Eating a handful of rice bran with or
without jaggery/brown sugar or palm-sugar is extremely good.
Teas:
Make a decoction
(tea) by boiling one of the herbs each day and drink any time of the day.
Add one teaspoon of the herb in a cup of water and reduce to a tea cup.

bitter, then you can make it thick and make it as a small marble and swallow
it with water. Make them small balls so that you do not choke yourself.
If you do not get fresh leaves then get
dried powder and use as a decoction. Boil one teaspoon of the powder in one
glass of water and reduce to half a cup. Drink it any time of the day.
Fire Therapy:
Less exercise
increase estrogen levels. Avoid being sedentary (more hours of
sitting before computers or resting). Walk twice in the morning and evening.
Yoga is very
