Flax Gun-powder
Take one handful of brown flax seeds and quarter teaspoon
of milk-thistle seeds and if needed add one table spoon of corn bran or
wheat bran or rice bran and brown-sugar or jaggery (palm sugar better) or
succant for sweet taste.
Grind them all in a coffee grinder for less than a minute.
This is very delicious to eat. You can eat as a tasty healthy snack any time
of the day. After half an hour drinking water will dramatically relieve
constipation.
Use always fresh, do not store in fridge, because the oil in the seeds
become rancid when they are exposed to air which is not good for health.
