Fire Cycle
It is very clear that through the fire element of Yoga we are
strengthening our awareness to remain in the present. Through regular practice we
will realize that our mind wanders less and so there are less agitations in the
mind.
We started with water therapy which is the first step towards
"Awareness". Water connects us to the present and is the first lifestyle change we bring about. Next, with Earth or food therapy we strengthened
further our "awareness" to food habits. Now in the third cycle we further
extend our awareness through mind-body co-ordination.
