            Sakthi Foundation Relaxation-2

       Lie on your back on floor or on bed in a very relaxed position like a corpse (dead body) and hence this posture is called savasana. Then close your eyes and be aware of the auto-suggestion that you tell or while listening to the tape.

      I am feeling toes in my feet. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my toes and I am relaxing my toes. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the toes and totally be aware of it).

      I am feeling my thighs. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my thighs and I am relaxing my thighs. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the thighs and totally be aware of it).

       I am feeling my abdomen. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my abdomen and I am relaxing my abdomen. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the abdomen and totally be aware of it).

 I am feeling my kidneys. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my  kidneys and I am relaxing my kidneys. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the  kidneys and totally be aware of it).

        I am feeling my intestines. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good.        I am feeling my stomach. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my stomach and I am relaxing my stomach. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the stomach and totally be aware of it).

        I am feeling my chest and lungs. They are healthy. The blood circulation, air circulation, heat circulation, nutrients circulation are all good. I can feel energy in my chest and lungs and I am relaxing my chest and lungs. (While these suggestions are told, feel only the chest and lungs and totally be aware of it).
