Walking
Pancha Bhoota walking is about walking with full awareness. Just adjust
your walking speed so that your breath becomes more pronounced for you to
watch it. The walking should not be too slow or too fast. You would be
able to adjust as days go by.
So when you walk, just observe your breath going in and out. Now the mind
that always wanders is hooked up watching the breath. Keep doing the
breath watching throughout the walking. What happens is that you become
all the five senses that are picking up signals of sight, smell, sound,
taste and touch. At the same time you are also aware of you watching the
breath.
Sleep is so
relaxing because in sleep we breath deeply and uniformly. Watch a sleeping
person you see that the breath is deep and uniform. This is why after
sleep it is so relaxing. If we are able to breathe such uniformly in
waking time too, then we will be always fresh and avoid stress.

Pancha Bhoota walking: The cause of most diseases is that cells do not get
enough oxygen for their respiration. Because our minds are struck with so
many things in life and so we forget to breathe deeply. Just observe
yourself how you breathe and you find most of the time you do not breathe
deep enough. Panchabhoota walking helps you to train yourself to be aware
of breath while walking ,hence be aware of breathe during working.
